Century 21 Golden Key Realty announced recently that Century 21 Real Estate, LLC, has named Margaret Davis to the Century 21 System’s Preferred Agent Program for her outstanding sales production in 2007.
Davis ranked No. 1 overall in sales production in 2007 for the Oklahoma region, based on sales production and closed transaction sides.
“The Century 21 Preferred Agent Club recognizes some of the Century 21 System’s best and brightest stars across the country,” said Thomas R. Kunz, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, LLC. “Margaret Davis truly understands how to succeed in the real estate industry, and it is an honor to recognize her as a member of this elite group of real estate professionals.
“Margaret is one of our International Hall of Fame members, inducted as one of 50 from over 154,000 agents worldwide in this most prestigious group. She also served as one of 11 on the inaugural President’s Advisory Council which was established to discuss real estate issues and concerns from around the country.”

Davis serves on the board of directors of the Greater Shawnee Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a former chairman of the board. She serves with the Unity Health Center Foundation, the Mabee Gerrer Museum, the American Heart Association, Project Safe, the Shawnee Police Foundation and the St. Gregory’s University Board of Trustees.
Davis is the former drive chairman and president of the United Way of Pottawatomie County, and is the first female to hold these positions.
She served as the chairman of the former mayor’s citizens advisory council, and as vice chairman of the planning commission. She served as chairman of ambassadors; district vice president of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors; and is a former member of the Kiwanis Club.
Davis has been the recipient of many honors and awards, some of which include the Sam Walton Business Leader of the Year Award; the Volunteer of the Year Award; the Realtor of the Year Award; the Working Woman of the Year award; the Community Service Award; and the Gordon Richards Service Award.
Davis was selected as one of the Top 50 Women in the State of Oklahoma by the Journal Record.
