Painted bunting enjoys seeds in Kiowa area

Jack and Idabel Johnson of Kiowa spot a painted bunting enjoying sunflower seeds. The bird is from the finch family and  Oklahoma and New Mexico are its western limits. It has been spotted several times, and the Johnsons said they hope it is nesting in the area.
