Chandler’s Tad Sweitzer and Oklahoma City’s Johnny Reed, Jr. sit atop Brill Motor Speedway’s top-10 point standings after events held April 11.
Sweitzer and Reed each possess 484 points; Sweitzer in the e-modified (E-Mod) class, and Reed in the factory stock class.
Dustin Buntin, Wheatland, and Steve Robinson, Chandler, are at second and third, respectively, in point standings in E-modified. Buntin holds 380 points, followed by Robinson’s 366.
Robinson finished fourth in the first heat April 11, and Buntin finished eighth. Sweitzer finished second in Heat No. 2.
Reed finished second in the second heat of the factory stock class April 11. Russell Butler of Luther, who took second in Heat 1, is second in the point standings at 454.
Brian Stinson of Midwest City is third in the factory stock point standings at 450.
Brandon James, Drumright, is first in the mini-stock point standings at 364, while Kendrick’s Jay Caraveau and Parkland’s Rick Baker are tied for second at 340. James finished first in the Heat 1 race April 11, and Caraveau finished second in the Heat 2 race.
Baker took fourth in Heat 2.
Paden’s Randy Bailey is first in point standings in the modified class. No score was reported for Bailey, who finished second in the Heat 1 race April 11.
Richard Bias, Sand Springs, and Jim Crabill, Oklahoma City, are second and third, respectively, in points; Bias with 320 and Crabill with 288. Bias took fourth in the Heat 2 race April 11, while Crabill took third.
Tim Kent of Bristow is first in points in the two-barrel sprint class at 335. In second with 330 points is Drumright’s Fred Mattox, and in third is Jim Fabian of Choctaw with 264.
Kent took third in the Heat 2 race April 11, while Fabian took sixth. Mattox took second in Heat 1.
