SHAWNEE, Okla. —

Teachers from across the state are learning about reading instruction strategies in a “No Child Left Behind: Every Child Can Read II” workshop at Gordon Cooper Technology Center this week. The five-day workshop is being conducted by Jiening Ruan and Priscilla Griffith from the University of Oklahoma.
