SEMINOLE, Okla. —

A delegation of students from Seminole State College attended the 2009 Seminole County Bar Association Law Day last week in Wewoka. This year’s guest of honor for Law Day was the Honorable Justice Rudolph Hargrave from the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
Justice Hargrave was recognized for his 60 years of practicing law.
Law Day is a celebration which takes place all across the United States to celebrate the rule of law.
Guests in attendance included Lt. Gov. Jari Askins, Oklahoma Bar Association President Jon Parsley, University of Oklahoma President David Boren, Principal Chief of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, Chief Kelly Haney, as well as state legislators, representatives from Seminole State College and Wewoka High School students.
