The first week of filming in Guthrie for the film "The Killer Inside Me" is finished, with more scenes set to be shot in the coming days.
Producer Andrew Eaton says two of the film's stars, Casey Affleck and Kate Hudson, filmed scenes last week, with Jessica Alba set to arrive in Oklahoma within the next two weeks.
Work on the $10 million independent film will continue for the next five weeks in Guthrie, Oklahoma City, Cordell, Enid and Tulsa.
The movie is based on a 1952 pulp novel by Anadarko native Jim Thompson. Affleck will portray a psychotic deputy sheriff struggling against his homicidal urges.
Michael Winterbottom is the film's director.
