OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) —
A former postal worker faces up to 10 years in prison after admitting to taking credit and debit cards out of the mail.
Angela Hodge of Oklahoma City pleaded guilty to fraud in federal court on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old Shawnee resident faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when she is sentenced in a few months.
Court papers show Hodge was working as a part-time postal worker in Shawnee when she took at least seven credit and debit cards and used them to get cash and merchandise for herself.
She will pay $2,440 in restitution under the terms of her plea deal with prosecutors, who will dismiss eight counts of mail theft against her.
