Unity Health Center ended its 2009 United Way pledge drive with record-breaking numbers for itself and the county for the third consecutive year.
The fundraising campaign began Sept. 22 and in less than nine weeks raised $114,500.
Eighty percent of employees from both the north and south campuses pledged their “fair share,” which equals about one half hour’s pay each pay period.
