OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) —
A first-degree murder charge has been filed against an Oklahoma City man accused of shooting another man to death outside a nightclub last month.
Police allege 50-year-old Ludie Darrnell Ingram followed 38-year-old Alvin Lynn Arterberry from one Oklahoma City nightclub before shooting him at the Boots and Saddles Club on the northeast side of town. Arterberry died on his way to the hospital after the April 26 shooting.
Court documents indicate a witness led police to Ingram's house, where he was arrested about 10 hours after the shooting.
