Cindy Bruno, Shawnee, was inadvertently left off the list of St. Gregory’s University 2008 graduates, said Brad Collins, director of public relations and publications for the university.
Bruno earned her bachelor of science degree in business during the university’s 93rd commencement Saturday in the W.P. Wood Fieldhouse on the SGU campus.
Christopher Ryan Toothaker, Shawnee, is among the more than 2,400 students to receive a degree from the University of Nebraska this spring. Commencement exercises were held May 10.
Toothaker received a master’s degree in architecture from the university’s College of Architecture.
William Corey Jobson, Shawnee, is among those who graduated this spring from Oklahoma State University’s Okmulgee campus.
Jobson received an associate of applied science degree in information technologies and a bachelor of technology degree in information assurance and forensics.
Citizen Potawatomi Nation Police Chief Donald Warren has been selected to receive the Patriot Award of the ESGR — Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve — in recognition of outstanding support of the National Guard and military reserve forces.
Nominated by James Henderson, a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard, Warren is being honored for outstanding support and cooperation.
ESGR is an organization of volunteers that supports defense needs while working with civilian employers.
