AP — A Midwest City man is facing life in prison without parole for raping a 13-year-old girl.
An Oklahoma County jury deliberated for 70 minutes before convicting Brian Harris of four counts of first-degree rape and recommending the life sentence.
Harris was arrested in February 2005 after officials at the victim's school told her mother the girl was pregnant. The girl told police Harris had molested her and raped her as many as 15 times.
The girl gave birth in June 2005. Harris denies he is the father.
