I find it amazing how some of our liberal readers want everyone to take responsibility for their actions but then turn right around and blame everyone but themselves for credit card debt, house debt, etc. No one twists our arm to run up or even get the credit card. No one but us thinks we need to eat out 5 days a week, buy all the latest music and electronic gadgets, go to the movies 2-3 times a month, wear all the latest fashions, trade a car in every 3-5 years, etc. The only greed I see is us.
How can you without laughing out loud do it the Flip Wilson way, “The devil (insert own greedy way of life) made me do it”! Why does anyone think health insurance, a good job, a couple of cars, a nice house is somehow mandated by the constitution to everyone in this country? I thought one should actually have to go to school, work hard and earn their own keep? Income restribution is not the American way. We fought wars to do away with socialism and communism, so why are you liberals touting it? We are the most caring and giving country that has ever existed and yet we have people who want to give more of it away. I shake my head in bewilderment. The liberal Democrat board of supervisors in San Francisco has offically sanctioned and condemned the Catholic church for teaching homosexuality is a sin.
It is hate speech. The liberal Democrat legislature in Colorado has passed an open ended bill which in essence bans the Bible. The list goes on and on of the immoral and liberal Democrat controlled bodies of law in the USA who continue to pass these types of laws. Who in the city of Shawnee will claim they are a Democrat when your party has been hijacked by wackos such as these. The list continues to grow each day. Why do you insist on being a party to this. Resign in disgust and protest. Make a statement. My conservative lifetime Democrat grandfather is rolling over in his grave I am sure.
