Scott and Angela Culbreath of Noble announce the birth of their daughter, Chelsea Grace Culbreath, at 11:45 a.m. April 18, 2009, at Norman Regional Hospital.
She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 18 inches long
Grandparents are Betty Pavlu of Pauls Valley and Clarence and Cindy Culbreath of Tecumseh.
Great-grandparents are Fay Weeks of Idabel and Jimmie Culbreath of Atoka.
