Sisters at Heart, a women’s ministry of Wesley United Methodist Church, would like to invite all women in the area to its annual Christmas Luncheon.
The luncheon will be held at noon Saturday, Dec. 5, at Wesley UMC, 302 E. Independence, and include devotionals, music, door prizes and a buffet salad.
Tamara Brackeen, Chickasha, will lead the program. She is a pastor’s wife, prais and worship leader, children’s church pastor and founder of Tamara Brackeen Ministries.
Tamara shares her passion to boldly proclaim the word of God, traveling and teaching others that God can and will heal from the inside, no matter what circumstances a person has to overcome. The title of her message is “Making an Exchange.”
Sisters at Heart is in its fifth year as an outreach ministry at Wesley UMC. The goal of the organization is to help women become closer to God through hearing and relating to other women’s stories of His grace and mercy in their lives.
Sisters at Heart invites all women to join at the beginning of the busy season, for a time of joy and fellowship.
For more information and to inquire about usage of the church nursery for the luncheon, call the office at 275-1556.
