The Dutch invented kaasdoop (KAHS-doop). It's a popular cheese dip, also known as a fondue, made with Gouda cheese and dry white wine. Serve with dippers of all sorts, including ham or rye bread chunks and small potatoes. Skewer and dip into the creamy sauce melting at the table in a special pot.
