SHAWNEE, Okla. —

The Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art Volunteers Society has completed their 2008-2009 year. The volunteers listed below were recognized at the society’s June 15 meeting for exceptional hours in 2008-2009. Those with 100 or more hours include Kay Barrick, Dona  K. Moore, Betty Storie and Gloria Vandaveer. Those with 200 or more include Mike Agan, Megan Clement, Joyce Cowie, Patty Smith and Esperanza Swearingen. Those with 300 or more include Betty Peck and Kathy Rick. Linda Malley, president of the society, was recognized for more than 500 hours of volunteer service.
Volunteers also were acknowledged for their years of service at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art. They included Mary Atwood, five years; Barbara Casey, 10 years; Ruth Horne, 25 years; Jean McDonald, 15 years; Dona K. Moore, five years; Kathy Rick, 15 years; Leon Rogers, five years; Leona Rogers, 25 years; Jim Shull, five years; Jack Vandaveer, five years; Allenne Walker 15 years; and Sue Winterringer, 20 years.
