SHAWNEE, Okla. —
According to scanner reports Wednesday, Shawnee police officers were dispatched to a robbery that occurred just after 9 p.m. at a convenience store at 501 N. Kickapoo.
Dispatchers said the reporting party alleged that a black male wearing a yellow shirt took an undisclosed amount of money from the counter in the store, then fled east on East Highland Street.
No other information was available at press time.
