Habitat for Humanity of Shawnee, Inc., will host a work day on the house being constructed off Ken Del Drive on Saturday, Nov. 21, at 8:30 a.m. Community volunteers are welcome to help, and lunch will be provided.
On the last work day, 12 volunteers finished hanging sheetrock and started bed and tape work on the house. This Saturday, volunteers will continue with bed and tape work, and plenty of equipment is available for another big work day.
For more information about the work day, call Marguerite Guinn in the Habitat office at (405) 214-0434
