Boar Head's Feast orders being taken

St. John Lutheran Church will offer a Boar’s Head Feast for those “tired of leftovers and tired of cooking” to purchase, Ann Watson, church member, said.

Orders are being accepted now but those interested should call soon to ensure they are included in the limited number of meals to be prepared.

The feast is a barbecue meal prepared by church members and kept warm and ready to serve. It includes 1.5 pounds of pulled pork, six rolls and one quart each of potato salad, cole slaw and brown beans.

• Cost of the feast is $25.
• Order forms are available by visiting the church at 3610 N. Union or by calling 273-1539.
• Orders may be picked up from noon to 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29.
