A three-day filing period for a number of municipal offices in Lincoln County will begin at 8 a.m. Feb. 2 and will conclude at 5 p.m. Feb. 4.
Those who qualify and are interested may file declarations of candidacy in the Lincoln County Election Board office, located in the Lincoln County Courthouse in Chandler.
Offices to be filed for include:
• Town of Agra — Two trustees for four-year terms each; one trustee for a two-year unexpired term; and a treasurer for a four-year term.
• Town of Carney — Three trustees for four-year terms each; and a clerk/treasurer for a four-year term.
• City of Chandler — Ward 1 council member, four-year term; Ward 3 council member, four-year term; and mayor, two-year term.
• Town of Davenport — Three trustees for four-year terms each; one trustee for a two-year unexpired term; and a treasurer for a four-year term.
• Town of Meeker — Two trustees for four-year terms each.
• City of Prague — Ward 1 council member, four-year term; and Ward 2 council member; four-year term.
• City of Stroud — Ward 3 council member, four-year term; Ward 4 council member, four-year term; and council member at large, four-year term.
• Town of Tryon — Two trustees for four-year terms each; two trustees, each for two-year unexpired terms; a treasurer for a four-year term; and a clerk for a two-year unexpired term.
• Town of Warwick — Ward 1 trustee, two-year unexpired term; Ward 2 trustee, four-year term; and a clerk for a four-year term.
• Town of Wellston — A treasurer for a four-year term; and a trustee for a four-year term.
