• William Kenneth Jennings, 31, Morrison, was charged with placing a threatening phone call.
• Don Allen Belshe, 33, 711 W. Dewey, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
• Dewayne W. James, 53, 42310 Benson Park Road, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
• Floyd Walden Colten, 41, McLoud, was charged with possession of controlled substance.
• Ricky Lee McGirt, 22, 2524 N. Harrison, No. 69, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/aggravated.
• William Matthew Perry Mills, 26, Macomb, was charged with burglary, second degree and uttering a forged instrument. In another case, he was charged with knowingly concealing stolen property.
• Terrance Lamar Rollin, 52, 417 W. Pulaski, was charged with possession of a firearm after conviction or during probation.
• Jeff Alan Reynolds, 44, 45609 MacArthur, was charged with possession of a firearm after conviction or during probation.

Department reports:
• Wednesday — Firefighters responded to: Five medical calls; a fire alarm at 1831 Airport Drive; a grass fire at Hardesty and South Rock Creek roads; and a traffic accident at SH 3 and Rock Creek Road.
