Felonies
• William Matthew Perry Mills, 26, Macomb, was charged in Pottawatomie County District Court with false declaration of ownership in pawn.
• Elonia Renee Lydia Rice, 38, 1222 W. Wheeler, was charged receiving and holding lost or mislaid credit card.
• Christopher Jimenez, 19, Loraina Sue Nenakita, 18, and Benjamin James Atchico, 21, all of 807 S. Broadway, were charged with trafficking in illegal drugs.
• Brady Alan Kasterke, 38, 8001 N. Kickapoo, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while the under the influence of alcohol, aggravated; and attempting to elude a police officer.
• Don Clinton Griffith, 31, Macomb, was charged with child neglect.
