Ruth was born May 18, 1914, in Charleston, West Virginia, to Vernon Clyde Cutright and Malinda Jane (Howard) Cutright.

Bragg Officer Wife’s Club, Fayetteville Art Society, and Highland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed art, was an artist herself, and was an accomplished singer. She was able to live independently much longer than most because of the help of her friends and family in Fayetteville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband one brother, and two sisters.

She is survived by two children: Malinda Frangione and husband Ron of Yukon and Vernon Jobson and wife Chris of Shawnee; five grandchildren: Jason Jobson and wife Christina of Shawnee, Corey Jobson of Shawnee, Blake Jobson and wife Jennifer of New Castle, Michael Frangione and fiancé Stephanie Johnson of Moore, and Marie Frangione of Yukon; eight great-grandchildren: Khalil, Will, Kiandra, Maddox, Ava, Addison, Gavin, and Scarlett; and many friends and extended family members.
