A Norman man was injured Saturday in a tractor accident on SH 9, about one mile east of Seminole.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 1980s Massey Ferguson Tractor was being driven by a 14-year-old male, also of Norman.
A pedestrian, James Cullison, 53, Norman, was standing beside the tractor talking to the operator about running the brush hog when the operator's foot slipped off the clutch causing the tractor to run over the pedestrian with the left tire of the tractor, then the brush hog.
Cullison was taken by Medi Flight helicopter to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where he was listed in stable condition with leg and internal trunk injuries, the patrol reported
Cause of accident was listed as inattention.
