Terry Douglas Warden, age 55, of Branson, Missouri, passed away Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, following complications from a heart attack.

Terry Douglas Warden, age 55, of Branson, Missouri, passed away Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, following complications from a heart attack.

Terry was born Feb. 6, 1962, in Seminole to Russell and Shirley Warden. He attended Shawnee High School.

He married Karen Manley on Nov. 21, 2008, in Springfield, Missouri.

He worked for Nantucket Resorts (Jim Stafford Theater) in Branson.

Terry loved to watch football and was a die-hard Sooner fan, and he loved to cook for friends and family.

Survivors include his wife, Karen, of Branson: two children, Zane and Zoe Warden of Tulsa; his mother, Shirley Warden, of Muskogee; two brothers, Keith Warden of Eufaula and Rick Warden and his wife Jodi of Tulsa; four step-children, Darrin Cox, Destiny Cox, Danielle Cox, Dylan Cox; nieces, Danya, Katie, Kayla and Mary Beth; great-niece Lily Ann Walker and great-nephews Conner Walker and Miles Pitts.

He was preceded in death by his father, Russell D. Warden.

Terry was cremated and wanted no funeral service.

A celebration of life is planned at the Grand Casino Hotel, 3rd Floor Lounge, from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, west of Shawnee.
