Residents came out for Plains, Trains and Automobiles in Shawnee all day Saturday.

Festivities began at Shawnee Regional Airport, featuring an air show and a display of stunt and vintage planes.

The event then moved to the Santa Fe Depot on Main Street.

Kiddie train rides, pony carousel rides and a petting zoo entertained festival-goers. A live band, short skits and many other fun activities were scheduled throughout the day. The Guthrie Gunfighters also performed in Centennial Park in front of the depot.
