Tresha Diane Griffin, 61, of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, in Oklahoma City.

Tresha Diane Griffin, 61, of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, in Oklahoma City.

Tresha was born on Jan. 18, 1956, to Richard and Viola (Cosby) Tatro in Pratt, Kansas.

She grew up in Pratt, Kansas, and graduated from Pratt High School. Tresha lived most of her life in Woodward. She became a Tecumseh resident in 2014.

Tresha was employed at the tag office in Woodward; and then worked at Irwin Auto Company in Woodward. She most recently worked for M & N Holdings in Oklahoma City as a title clerk.

She loved to spoil her grand-daughter Haley. She enjoyed camping, and reading. She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Woodward. Tresha was known for having a big heart and for always taking care of her family and friends.

Tresha was preceded in death by her mother, two brothers-in-law, Truman “Butch” Griffin, and Max Masters; and a great nephew Richard Bourne Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Griffin of the home; son, Ryan Wayne Griffin of Shawnee; step-son John Douglas Griffin of Norman; daughter/grand-daughter, Haley Jo Griffin of the home; grandchildren, Katy Dawn Griffin of Woodward, John Griffin, Elizabeth Griffin, Emily Griffin, and Zackary Griffin of Norman; father Richard Tatro of Cunningham, Kansas; three brothers, Bill Tatro and TJ of Chase, Kansas; Bryant Tatro and Sheryl of Florida, Brad Tatro and Tami of Pratt, Kansas; two sisters-in-law, Thelma Butler of Coalgate, Naomi “Tootie” McCollum of Coalgate; two best friends, Jana Pedigo and Debbie Whisennand; and numerous, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 30, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday Oct. 31, 2017.

Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 1, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Tecumseh. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
