A third suspect has reportedly been arrested in the murder of a Prague teen although formal charges have not yet been filed.

Earlier this year, 16-year-old Emmanuel “EJ” Zenon from Shawnee died at an Oklahoma City hospital after being found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Brookwood Village Apartment complex, 9121 S. Shartel Avenue in Oklahoma City on the night of March 13.

Oklahoma City police indicated some type of robbery had occurred.

Dakota Hunter Garrison, 22, was arrested March 24 is now charged in Cleveland County District Court with first-degree murder.

He is charged with acting in concert and together with Michael John Arledge, 19, who was arrested on March 22 and later charged with murder in the case.

Amy Elliott, spokeswoman for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, said Zenon’s cause of death was a gunshot wound to the back, perforating. Manner of death was ruled a homicide.

Zenon attended high school in Prague and played football for the Prague Red Devils.
