PRAGUE — McLoud recorded three double-figure scorers Thursday in toppling Holdenville 52-40 in 66 Conference Tournament consolation action.

Brandon Vinson propelled the offense with a 20-point production which included 6-of-9 free-throw showing.

Garret Wilson of McLoud was 6-of-7 from the line while tallying 17 points and Chase Mahtapene finished with 12 points.

McLoud was 75 percent (15-of-20) from the charity stripe.

Holdenville had a 36-34 lead entering the final quarter but was outscored 18-4 thereafter.

McLoud (7-9) will seek the consolation championship when it collides with Chandler at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. McLoud defeated Chandler 61-41 Dec. 27.

McLoud’s girls will contest Stroud at 4 p.m. today in a losers bracket matchup. The winner will play again at noon Saturday. The loser will bow out of the tournament.
