PRAGUE—The Seminole Lady Chieftains used a strong fourth quarter rally to beat the Holdenville Lady Wolverines 51-44 Friday, earning a spot in the Consolation Final of the 66 Conference Tournament.

Trailing 40-34 heading into the final quarter, Seminole turned up the defensive heat, leading to several easy buckets along the victory trail.

Seminole held the Lady Wolverines to just four points, all of which, came at the free throw line, in the fourth quarter.

The game started with Holdenville taking a 17-10 lead after the first quarter. Seminole's Abby Carter shot the Lady Chieftains back into it with a couple of big treys and key drives in the frame. The two teams were knotted at 26-26 heading into the second half.

Carter finished with 21 points and Aubrey Kotchhaven scored 13.

Holdenville had three scorers reach double figures, Mikayla Richmond and Marvella James each netted 11, while Marie Harjo had 10.

Seminole will face Stroud today at 3 p.m. for the consolation title.
