Northeastern State University recently announced students on its dean's and president's honor rolls. There were 622 students on the president's honor roll. To be eligible, students must have completed at least 12 hours of undergraduate classes with a 4.0 grade point average.

Area students named to the president's honor roll include Kaci D. Black from McLoud and Ryann L. Baxter from Shawnee.

There were also 921 students that met the criteria to be named to the dean's honor roll. To be eligible for the dean's honor roll, students must have completed at least 12 hours of undergraduate classes with a 3.5 grade point average, with no grades below a B.

Area students named to the 2017 dean's honor roll include Nicole Ferrell from Prague, Marielle Buttram from Shawnee, and Bailey Hendricks from Stroud.
