Cora Belle Lenaburg was born Dec. 14, 1928, to Guy Clifford and Pearl Roxie (Ingram) Hall in Non, Oklahoma. She passed away Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at her home in Lookeba at the age of 89.

Cork attended Lookeba Schools and graduated from Binger High School in 1946, where she was actively involved in softball.

She was united in marriage to Vernon H. Lenaburg on Jan. 1, 1948, in Binger, and he preceded her in death Aug. 9, 2013, in Oklahoma City. They spent 65 beautiful years together, farming and ranching on their family farm. The couple made their home in Hinton for a short time before moving to the family farm just east of Lookeba in 1949.

Cork made a profession of faith at a very young age. She was a member of Oakdale Missionary Baptist Church before moving her membership to Lookeba Missionary Baptist Church in Lookeba in 1954.

Cork was a sports enthusiast. She spent much time attending her children's sporting events. She spent hours pitching to them for batting practice. Cork never passed up the opportunity to support her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, in their activities. She also loved gardening, cooking, bowling and riding four wheelers. Cork spent many hours quilting, doing needle work, and sewing. She was a very hard worker. She was a Charter Member of the Plainview Social Club. She was a member of the Lookeba Missionary Baptist Church in Lookeba and never missed a chance to attend. She was a deacon's wife and served her church alongside Vernie. She served her Lord and Savior her entire lifetime.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Pearl Hall, husband Vernon Lenaburg, sister, Maudie Ann Johnson, and three brothers, Sonny, Sid, and Bob Hall.

Survivors Include her daughter, Verna Warren and husband Pee Wee of Hinton; two sons: Dr. Gary Lenaburg and wife Karen of Tecumseh, and Scott Lenaburg and wife Betty of Lookeba; seven grandchildren: Amy Miller of Lakewood, Colorado, Amber Smith of Hinton, Ryan Lenaburg and wife Kaci of Lookeba, Dr. Dirk Lenaburg of St. Petersburg, Florida, Dr. Trace Lenaburg and wife, Dr. Kimberlee Lenaburg of Stillwater, Dr. Paige Lenaburg Pine and husband Jeremiah of Choctaw, Nicole Lenaburg of Enid, and John Miller of Lookeba; six great-grandchildren Haylie Miller of Yukon, Connor Smith and wife Candice of Binger, Cale Smith of Edmond, Malorie Miller of Lookeba, Bryer and Bennett Lenaburg; one great-great-granddaughter, Rally Raye Smith of Binger; one brother, Wayne Hall and his wife Martha of El Reno, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 28, at Lookeba with Scott Lenaburg, Brandon Thetford and Dr. Gary Lenaburg officiating. Burial will be at Hinton Cemetery in Hinton.

Services are entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Hinton.
