A defendant with an outstanding arrest warrant since missing a November court date in Pottawatomie County was apprehended Friday morning.

A defendant with an outstanding arrest warrant since missing a November court date in Pottawatomie County was apprehended Friday morning.

Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Deputies were able to apprehend Tarran Zachary Weber, 28, in Cleveland County.

Sheriff's Deputies learned of his whereabouts and were able to bring him into custody around 11:15, Undersheriff Travis Palmer said.

According to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's website, Weber had outstanding warrants for failure to appear in a case of domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Weber's bond was set at $100,000 when he missed his scheduled court date on Nov. 29, 2017.

Another warrant was issued for his arrest in the amount of $10,000 for domestic violence assault and better charges in Pottawatomie County.

Weber is currently being held at the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center.
