The "Slaw Sweeties" spent Tuesday morning making the famous Ground Hog Dinner coleslaw in the church kitchen in preparation for Friday's 26th Annual Community Ground Hog Dinner at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).  Profits from this year's dinner will be shared with The Salvation Army Boys/Girls Club.  Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children under 10 and will be available at the door.  Hours Friday are 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  The meal consists of ground pork patties (ground hog), mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, green beans, applesauce, roll, drink, and dessert.  Pictured above (left to right front row):  Mary Ann Luman, Gaye Shepherd, Gail Reeves, Sherrie Randall, Jessie Randall, Pat Biddle, and Angela Sloan.  (back row left to right): Ray Van Horn, Janet MacMillan, and Karen Richeson.  (Photo Provided)
