Oklahoma's House and Senate have passed a historic funding measure for teacher pay raises and the measure now goes to Gov. Mary Fallin.

Even if signed, teachers in the state still plan to walkout in strike on Monday, April 2. Shawnee Schools announced, just moments ago, the district will cancel classes on Monday.
