Start planning for the financial stress of the holidays

The holiday season will be here before you know it. And while it’s a time of joy and family, the fun of the holidays often evaporates when the reality of breaking the budget on presents and activities arrives.

The Tecumseh Public Library is here to help with its program “Breezing Through the Holidays,” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21.

The workshop will be taught by a Tinker Federal Credit Union financial educator and will show participants how to set a holiday budget and stick to it, avoid the year-end credit crunch, and stay out of debt in the future.

Ages 18 and up may attend, and registration in advance is required.
