HARRAH — Errors and walks proved to be the big difference Thursday as Harrah clipped Bethel 6-2.
Bethel committed three errors, leading to three unearned runs. Harrah was errorless.
Losing hurler Jordyn Zachary fanned seven but walked eight. Two Harrah pitchers combined for one walk.
Bethel leadoff hitter Rian Gamble, who tripled, doubled and singled in four plate appearances, scored two runs. Skylar Pollard had an RBI groundout in the first inning and a run-scoring single in the fifth.
Reanna McGowen of Bethel stole a base.
Bethel, 9-10, will be back in action Tuesday at 4:30 at Shawnee.
