If it’s Tuesday morning, it’s story time at the library

The McLoud Public Library welcomes families with preschool-age children to attend its weekly Tuesday morning activities geared especially to young children.

Each program begins at 11 a.m. and takes place in the Milburn Room of the library, 133 N. Main St. October’s schedule of events features:

Oct. 2 – Preschool Story Time, featuring stories, songs, rhymes and more for preschool-age children and their caregivers;

Oct. 9 – Viva GLARt! Grow a Learner Through Art, with art and play combined in a bilingual environment;

Oct. 16 – Preschool Story Time, featuring stories, songs, rhymes and more for preschool-age children and their caregivers;

Oct. 23 – Stress Relief Story Time, a morning of stories and massage, with two certified infant massage instructors;

Oct. 30 – Halloween Story Time Party, a holiday-themed event. Children can come in costume or dress up when they arrive.

Registration is not required to attend any of these programs.
