MAUD —Junior quarterback Lane Brooks threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more Friday, sparking Maud to a 38-20 District B-5 victory over Caddo.

Brooks tossed scoring passes of 21 and 24 yards to Roman Cox and also completed a 2-point conversion pass to Nick Grove.

Brooks also registered scoring runs of 4 and 1 yards.

Senior running back Brady Arms posted scoring runs of 11 yards, which opened the scoring, and 31 yards.

Brooks was 5 of 14 through the air for 129 yards. He had two passes intercepted.

Junior Bryxton Sanders caught four passes for 59 yards.

Arms was Maud’s leading rusher with 51 yards on 14 attempts. Dylan Armstrong had three rushes for 10 yards.

Maud, 3-4 overall, improved its district mark to 1-1.

Caddo fell to 2-5 overall and 1-1 in the district.

Maud will play host to Weleetka Thursday at 7:30.
