Veteran’s day is a holiday to honor all the military veterans. Veterans day is always held on November 11th.
We celebrate it on November 11th because War World one ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
Veterans Day is a special day to honor the veterans. If it weren’t for the military we would not have the freedom that we have today.
Veterans gave us the freedom to wear what we want, to shop where we want to shop, to go where we want to go.
They leave their families, risk their lives for us to be safe and for us to be with our families.
My Great Grandpa was in the Korean War, he fought our on the battlefield he received many medals he will always be my war veteran hero.
I am proud to be an American.

Veterans Day is a very important day to me. It is a day where you celebrate those people who fought for our country and freedom. We are very lucky to have such great and wonderful people who acully risk there lifes for us. Som of those men/ women have families sitting at home wondering if he/she will make it back. We should be very grateful for them and what they do. Veterans are very good people. And they deserve a lot.
If you have a family member of family friend that served for our country take time to say thank you for everything you do!
A veteran is a person that took the time to serve for our country and to risk there lifes for us. What it all comes down to is that veterans are very very great people and do deserve a lot! So Thank you for your time and effort for our country and us!

A veteran is a person that has served in the armed forces. We are lucky to celebrate what our veterans do for us everyday, like honor our country, protect our rights, and sacrifice their comforts so that we can be free.
Veterans also honor our country through ceremonies and traditions. If they did not preserve our nation’s honor in their actions and words, then we would not be as powerful as we are today.
Most importantly, veterans can often sacrifice their comforts so that we can be free. During a war, veterans often leave behind the comforts of their homes and loved ones to fight for the freedoms of this nations. Sadly, this also means that some veterans die.
Veterans do so much for us everyday. We should not only be grateful for the many things they do, but also humbled by their sacrifices. So I just wanted to say “Thank You” to all veterans for keeping us free and being so brave.
