SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) — Three men arrested in the disappearance of a hiker at Tenkiller Lake are now charged with murder in the man's suspected death. Court records show 25-year-old Charles Shamblin and 22-year-old Michael Snelling are charged with first-degree murder and 22-year-old Tyler Leverett with second-degree murder in the suspected death of Matthew Fagan. The men are jailed without bond and court records don't list an attorney for any of them.
