Power has been restored in Harrah after a severe thunderstorm moved through the area and left about 14,000 customers in the dark.

No injuries are reported but the storms Tuesday damaged homes, knocked down trees and power lines and disrupted electric service in eastern Oklahoma County.

Sheriff's Department spokesman Mark Meyers says the damage was isolated to a two-mile stretch of Luther Road in Harrah, about 20 miles east of Oklahoma City.

Meyers says the road was closed to traffic from NE 23 Street to NE 50 Street because of power poles and debris.
