With redistricting, 24 precincts and polling changes have been changed in Pottawatomie County, meaning 13,000 voters were mailed new cards reflecting precinct changes. Pottawatomie County also has consolidated some precincts to save costs, with the county going from 30 precincts down to 26. These changes are effective with the upcoming Feb. 14 election.
Anyone wanting to check their registration, inquire about their polling place or needing to replace a lost voter ID card can call the election board office, 273-8376.
