SHAWNEE, Okla. —

A third suspect sought in connection with the robbery and tire tool attack of a Newalla man turned himself in to police Friday at a Shawnee home while he and two previously arrested suspects were formally charged in district court.
A felony warrant was issued last week for Brian Rohrback, 32. Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Capt. Travis Palmer said Rohrback arranged to turn himself in Friday afternoon, so law enforcement officers from Shawnee and the sheriff’s office met him at his brother’s home on Louisa Street. He was taken into custody without incident.
Rohrback was sought in a case involving the Oct. 16 robbery and tire took attack of a Newalla man, who was thrown in a pond near Pink and left for dead. The suspects stole his pickup.
The 57-year-old man was able to get out of the pond and walked overnight to a roadway, where a passerby found him. He was treated for his injuries and released.
Also arrested in the case were Damon Richardson, 27, who has a Tecumseh address, and Michael Williams, 38, of Shawnee, he said.
Williams was charged in Pottawatomie County District Court Friday with four felonies — assault and battery with intent to kill, robbery, kidnapping and larceny of an automobile.
Rohrback and Williams were charged conjointly in the case, with their offenses listed as larceny of automobile, according to court records.
Rohrback was booked into the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center Friday; he is scheduled to make an initial court appearance Monday, Palmer said.
Richardson and Williams remained jailed Friday on $100,000 bond, jail records show.
