Shawnee residents named on academic honor roll at OBU

Seventy-one Shawnee, residents were included on Oklahoma Baptist University’s academic honor roll for the fall 2008 semester. The President’s Honor Roll included Amanda Brooke Acock, a sophomore art major; Derrik Kyle Anderson, a senior mathematics major; Kristin Nicole Baker, a freshman art major; Jill Kathleen Betterton, a freshman pre-allied health and rehab major; Jayme Lynn Boyer, a senior English education major; Cara Rae Branson, a freshman pre-allied health and rehab major; Sara Elizabeth Branson, a freshman mathematics education major; Alfred Yuen-Wei Chen, a junior chemistry major; Cameron Keith Crane, a health and physical education major; and Theresa Marie Dame, a senior special education major.
The President’s Honor Roll also included: Donald Bruce Greenawalt Jr., a sophomore business management major; Elizabeth Grace Hammons, a freshman interdisciplinary major; Robert Wayne Hathorne, a junior English major; Andrew Lee Hutchcraft, a senior public relations major; David Matthew Johnson, a senior computer science major; Andrea Lea Kellogg, a freshman biology major; Samantha Lea Kellogg, a sophomore nursing major; Cambria Jane Lauderdale, a junior applied communications major; Branham Matthew Mann, a senior history major; Rachel Dawn Mann, a senior history major; Kena Lynn Martin, an elementary education major; Kari Leigh Mitchell, a senior voice certification major; Andrea Dawn Selfridge, a senior early childhood education major; and Katie Marie Smith, a freshman arts and sciences major.

Students who achieved a semester grade point average of 3.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale are named to the President’s Honor Roll. Those who achieved a grade point average between 3.4 and 3.69 are listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll.
