TECUMSEH, Okla. —
Tecumseh’s Fall Clean-Up Day, as set forth by the Tecumseh City Council, will be 7 a.m. to noon Oct. 18.
This is the day when residents can dispose of larger items not normally included in weekly garbage pick-ups. City officials said these items will be disposed of free when taken to the landfill with a current utility bill.
City manager Jim Thompson said there will be roll-off dumpsters at the city’s utility department, and residents may bring items there as well.
Items with Freon, such as refrigerators, must have all Freon removed by a licensed professional prior to disposal.
