Billy White. Sr.

Shawnee resident Billy White. Sr., 50, Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, Shawnee, after a courageous battle with Lou Gehrigs Disease.
He was born Nov. 6, 1957, in Sulphur to Bobby Joe and Connie Maxine White. He went to Tecumseh High School 1977.
He married Connie Sue Threlkeld July 20, 1979.
He worked at Higgins & Sons Roof Truss. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Bill loved his family and friends. His kind and gentle spirit will always be remembered.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda White and grandparents Virgil and Nadine Noland and Bill and Frankie White.
Survivors include his wife, Connie of the home; son, Billy White Jr. of Shawnee; daughter, Lindsey White of Oklahoma City; parents, Bobby and Connie White of Pink; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Josie White of Pink; sister and husband, Pam and Dace Shelton of Shawnee; brother and wife, Robert and Joie White; sister and husband, Tammie and Bo  Turner of Shawnee; father-in-law and mother-in-law, S.R. and Billye Threlkeld of Shawnee; brother-in-law and wife, Steve and Glee Bertram of Edmond; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Walker Funeral Service Chapel with Bill Matthews and Phil Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Tecumseh Cemetery.
