Shawnee resident Ryan Adrian Cotton died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at his home at the age of 36.
He was born Sept. 5, 1973 in Shawnee to Dwight Cotton and Janis (Bugg) Cotton. He graduated from Shawnee High School and attended Seminole State College.
 On Aug. 18, 2001 he married Keri Bowman.
He was employed at Averitt Trucking Company and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He enjoyed golfing, watching football, riding his Harley, and spending time with his children.
 He was preceded in death by his father, Dwight Cotton, and grandparents, Clarence and Helen Bugg.
  Survivors include his wife  Keri Cotton of the home; two children, Ryan Nicole Cotton and Jett James Robert Cotton, both of the home; mother, Janis Cotton of Shawnee; two brothers,  Rondy Flick of Shawnee and  Steven Pangle of Shawnee; niece, Gabrielle Flick of Shawnee; aunts, Judy Bugg, Linda Arms, Shirley Richardson, and Cheryll Flow; cousin, Kathy Briggs; godmother, Barbara Degman; grandmother, Pauline Adams; and numerous other cousins, family members and friends.
    Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at Liberty Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Matthews and Bro. Phil Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.
