Shawnee resident Lucille Slaymaker, 89, passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009 in Oklahoma City.
She was born March 5, 1920 in Arkadelphia, Ark. to Nolton and Ola Jackson. She enjoyed traveling and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Dorothy James.
Survivors include husband Bill Slaymaker; son, Raymond Slaymaker; daughter, Sharon Davidson; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother, Nolton Jackson Jr. of California.
Service will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Walker Funeral Service with Pastor Donald J. Wolf officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
