Seminole resident Guy Wayne Foutz died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, at Integris Seminole Medical Center in Seminole at the age of 49.
Private family services for Guy will be held at Little Cemetery, Seminole County.
Cremation Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.
